i wasnt even alive for another 6 years
i just think they called it that for the first year then in 1976 they started calling it saturday night live
but i may be wrong too

For me, 3 cents for a first rate postage stamp, and same year that Little Ricky was born...that was a while ago...and too bad you guys that weren't around, or able to watch the first few years of SNL....at the time, it was the biggest thing to hit TV, and every bar near a college campus had it on the tube every Sat. night, you couldn't get in!... Pizza, friends, a pitcher of beer and SNL...that was a good time! Doug

No question about it, the early years of SNL were a hoot! Chevy Chase, John Belushi, Dan Aykroyd, Gilda Radner, Garret Morris... were just damn funny! Of course my favorite was later... Martin Short and blowing up those silly toy soldiers!!! What a riot! That was one sick puppy... Made me wanna be a kid again.

it is my wedding year that shakes me up... Kenny and I were married
9-9-01. driving home on 9-11 was one of the worst experiences of my life.
Every resturant, gas station, rest stop, people were standing around sobbing. It was horrible. There was no sight seeing that day. We just wanted to get home.
