Walked the dog with Glampergirl today...minus 17 with the wind chill

Bought a new Trek Montare and hope to be riding in a week...I pick it up on Friday :twisted:
I quit society when I found out toothpicks came with instructions

last night we did a 10 mile ride on softer snow. It was supposed to be a recovery ride.. but I ended up being harder than that.

ok.. so yesterdays recovery workout is proving not to have been... :roll: :lol: So nothing serious was done today.

In all our outdoor aerobic activity.. we have not been doing great on my weight workouts. Soooo we did a gentle weight workout tonight.

Sunday we did a great snowshoe ... out to the Kennebec Highlands. Bill, Laurie and I.. we ran some of it. Later that day we also did a weight workout. Monday I did a ton of shoveling hmm perhaps literally :thinking:
[my barn had some serious amounts of snow on the roof, and rain was forecasted..

Then that evening Laurie and I went out for anohter snowshoe.

Got the bike but the weather took a turn for the worse :cry: . Mind you, the bike looks great, and I can lock the front shocks with a lever mounted on the handle bars :thumbsup: :thumbsup:

So, in the mean time, still walking the dog lots and getting my milage in that way :R

Another group snowshoe tonight. I had none of my faster people tonight. The rest of the group pretty much stayed together.. so I would run up ahead.. then run back.. occasionally walking..it was an awesome interval workout.

Only walked one day this week...it rained heavy all the other days...just might have to build an Ark :?

I have continued to snowshoe.. or snowbike most everyday. We have had lots of rain.. and melting.

I still did not find anything... :thinking:

We have continued to ride and snowshoe.

This Sunday we had our first club road ride, with 20 people showing up. Then later we had our World Championship Ice race. :thumbsup:
