Things that don't fit anywhere else...

Glenn,

I have to wait for them to call me. Could be another week or more, I guess! I saw that Wal-Mart has an incline table (machine) for only $95 in the ads today. I think that one of those would do pretty good for the traction aspect, but I am not sure enough to shell out the cash for one.

Yeah, being from Colorado myself , he kind of connects to my inner "tree hugger". And there's not a day go by here that I don't look at the flat horizon and miss the mountains. I miss my Rocky Mountian high. I'm really into nature and saving the enviroment, and there in lies the problem. The big oil companies pay my way, I guess working for Halliburton, I can kind of take the money they make and pay me with, and use it for the good of Mother Earth.(I'm kind of broke now so that don't really happen that way) Maybe with my soul being torn this way, someday I'll be a great poet.

Wow! what a mix.

a "tree hugger" from Co. living out of the mountains working for Haliburton.

May you one day get to return to "your" mountains.. and the "rip in your soul" heal.

Count me in, too!!

Their laughter and their loveliness could clear a cloudy day
And the song that I am singing is a prayer for non-believers
Come and stand beside us, we can find a better way.

I have a gravity guide. machine from.. maybe 20 years ago. It works great. I don't use it much right now.. I don't have the space right now to keep it set up.

I have a hyper extention "bench" that also give a pretty good stretch to the lower back. The first inversion machine is more gentle... It is easier to get in and out of.. and one can control the amount of stretch you recieve.

well time to head downstairs

goodnight

Goodmorning everyone:

We have 10 degrees this morning. It is cloudy at the moment. but we should see some sun. Downeast they are to get snow.. as much as a foot.

Going for a haircut.. I have not done that since 1975

I did cut it myself in the mid 80's... while bike racing. Well I did not actually cut it while racing but I did keep it a bit shorter while I was racing.

have a great day

Well, I wore out 2 records and 3 cassettes of Dark Side of the Moon. I now have that and The Wall replaced on CDs. I don't guess that's not very deep, but I like the music and am open for suggestions. I've also done the Wizard of Oz thing with The Dark Side of the Moon, that's cool, and I've seen a laser light show set to their music. 8)

How's this one:

I hear the horses thunder down in the valley below
I'm waiting for the angels of Avalon, waiting for the eastern glow.

man the albums "Wish you were here" and "Animals" were great

I really like "Meddle" it was one of David Gilmors favorites. I also really like "Obscured by Clouds" which was written for the movie the Valley.

hmm you don't have their last one..apporpriately called "The Final Cut"

It did not get much airplay.. not that kind of Album.
When I first got it I put it on sat and listened and read the words.. and was reduced to a tears.. powerful
