Not my mileage--bought it with 302,000 miles on the odometer.

Dayuum! You bought it with 302,000 miles??

Would it be rude to ask for how much?? Yes it would, but I don't care. :R

Those Fords run the International Diesel...I know a couple of work trucks around here that have close to 500,000. They look like hell, but run good.

Lets get real here people...Google any car/truck/motorcycle/bicycle/skateboard...etc. somebody will be complaining about it. If I believed everything everyone said about the KTM 950 motorcycle I just bought it will blow the water pump and fuel pump here in a couple of days and leave me stranded hundreds of miles from shop. They also did a poll on my other website asking how many people thought it was reliable and out of a 127 only 12 said it would be unreliable. I'll take my chances with that kind of odds.

Bottom line this is a goofy thing to disagree about because some one will always have a good or bad story about everything...otherwise there would only be one car manufacturer...one motorcycle manufacturer...etc. I figure if Ford, Dodge, Toyota, Nissan, VW, Honda, Yamaha, Harley...etc. have been around this long they must be doing something right.

Where are all the Yugo dealers at?

You forgot found on road deserted, f***ing overrated disaster, f*** old rebuilt dodge, and first on race day to break down. Truthfully I have had very bad luck with fords, but I know other people who swear by them, and seam to have good luck with them. If that has a twin I beam front suspension (designed by tire manufactures) rotate the tires often, and do not over load the truck (or any half ton). Does it have a 302 or a 351?

I paid 500 for it and ended up putting another grand in parts and sweat equity (completely rebuilt the front end and brakes). I knew the owner and history of the truck. Needed a work vehicle for my property. I haven't even licensed or gotten it inspected for road use in 3 years. It stays on the property.

I just love telling people I have a vehicle with 305,000 miles on it.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.
