Ive thought for years what I would do if i didnt work where i do... I do know I would like to be inside, warm/cool seasonally appropriate, clean and reasonably quiet..even real light fabrication would be awesome. sales not really my game..

I don't think so... I have still have no guarantees' there.

I went there with the last place we sold.. do this... do that.. I did all the required work.. and the sale still did not go through.. I am getting tired of F@#king with these people... If the first bank does not come through.. I am bailing..

It is the banks appraiser requiring it.. now the people.. Laurie passed the word through our broker [who agrees] if they want to paint it.. fine.. :D
