Well we have heard the appraiser has signed off.. she is ok with the carpet cleaning.. and the painting. She was also pleased with the basement.. she was not expecting a full basement.. so she has signed off.

Relatives of the buyers told my brother in law.. that we were closing Friday.. no one has asked us.. about that date.. or told us anything about it.. :thinking:
