you guys keep saying how I am extreme.. I am a slacker compared to many of my friends.. :oops:

another friend went to Mass.. for a big race last week.. a 30 mile Crit.

they completed the 30 miles in 58 minutes and 20 seconds.. If I remember correctly that is 30.9... something miles per hour :o :o :bowdown: :bowdown:

And before I forget, if you guys get to page 9800 and I am not here, then just ask AuntieM or Mike or some other Admin to unlock the new thread and then lock this one. I have to work in the morning and for sure will not be here very late tonight, also not home tomorrow before 11 or 12 I am guessing! :thinking:

Just watched the last show of 'The Last American Cowboy' and really enjoyed it. Good show if you get a chance to see it or watch it online. :thumbsup:
