Goodluck with this Peg.... and as for the Teardrop being on hold , well it should be a pleasure anyway, this will just give you a little time off to plan and think on special things you can do for your Teardrop.... just try to relax , everything will work out. :worship:

Good Luck to ya. Everybody I know who had that surgery said they were SO MUCH better afterwards that they would have done it sooner if they'd only knew!!! You know what I'm trying to say.

DOUG! Send extra fabric...she might be sewing while under the influence and when she's gets better realize she sewed it too creatively!!! "It looked ok when I was on the Morphine!!!"

My prayers and happy thoughts are with you! Let us know how you are doing.

I had mine out two years ago. I spent two months, yes months, in the hospital before they ever figured out what was going on. My wife and mom both insisted that it was my gallbladder. However, after countless tests the doctor said that my gallbladder was fine. I guess the persistence paid off, the doctor removed the gallbladder and then sheepishly explained that my GB was infected and filled with stones! I've been doing great ever since.

Best of luck.

Ask your doctor is he will put it in a jar for your kids to take to show and tell... ...ok, maybe not!

Just a thought!

:applause: Boy I'm I glad that is over.Thank you everyone for all the kind words. I feel better now that the drain tube is out. My 10yr. old son is doing a great job taking care of me. He is so funny. You can't take it home in a jar anymore. They send it off to be tested. Now I need to talk my mother into getting hers out. My curtain material came in today. :applause: I think I'll take it easy for a few more days. I sure don't want to over do it. Thanks again. :) Peg

Peg,

Glad to hear you are better and getting around. Take it
easy for awhile and you'll be back at it before you know it.

And don't make curtains while you are on heavy medication.

Okay, time to quit being a whiney baby. So you had major surgery. So you hurt. Boo-hoo. Okay, take the evening off, then get back to work. You are seriously behind. Get it going.

Just kidding, of course. I am glad to hear you are home recuperating. Don't rush it--it's too damn hot to be working hard anyway.

Get well fast. We're all wishing you the best.

Hey, MJ--don't give her any ideas!! Corpus isn't that big and she might track me down and do it. And we all know that Jake will just wag his tail and watch.
