I hope you don't :worship:. You could kill someone with that wire & it will result in a lawsuit and more. Danny

Remember - 18 acres. I also have a shovel...

A more effective way would be to one, cut large trees down across the trails they use and two get one of the motion sensor game cameras to take there pictures… then have there pictures printed in the local news paper. And yes, it is legal to print someone’s picture without there permission. Oh, and of course call the local Sheriff. Although it has been my experience that law enforcement only seems enforces the law when I break it…

The company that my wife works for makes specialty ATV's. Just thought you would like t osee some with tracks. Not for speed, but a life saver in a recent flood.

One time we set up camp in an area that looked like it was overun by some sort of militia. ATVs crawling through the campground slowly with rifles secured to the front end. I manuevered to a safe secluded area, but was close to the ATV trail they were using. I set up my tent next to the trail and built my fire pit in the middle of the trail. Needless to say, they stayed cleared of my area and went around. The trail wasn't a marked trail, just a new one that this group was using. No confrontations. No problems. The campground only had three campers and the ATVers I assume didn't want to run over my fire pit.

P.S. I didn't have any piano wire on me, but I did have a shovel.

Yeah, drunks and unsupervised children killed the 3 wheeler along with that Ralph Nator guy . It took some skill to ride. Unfortunately the average person had a hard time riding one safely, no safety training from the dealer or anyone else at the time. I occasionally rent a 4 wheeled one in the Oregon Dunes but it's not as fun to ride on a razor back dune. The 3 wheeler was a little bit of a challenge and I liked that. My 350X could beat a 250R up a dune race, it's the rider not the trike. :) Danny

another factor to the demise of the Trike was that Honda patented all the factors that made their's handle better, engine location, fuel tank, wheel base, rake and trail. The other manufacturers had to get by with designs that did not work as well or as in the yamaha two strokes were outright hazardous. The trikes handled great as long as you new the key was using body english to control them, steering alone would put you underneath.

What also works around here to prevent vandalism ( or mess makers) is to hang a sign and/or put out a garbage can. Word the sign something like this "this is private property please leave it as you found it".
Seems to work for 90% of the people up here. If you treat people with respect they generally return it. dropping obstacles in their path may just be the challenge they are out there looking for in the first place.
