Things that don't fit anywhere else...

Without Getting on my Radical Left soapbox, or dwelling on the hundreds of hours Laurie puts in as an Art Teacher each week, let me just say that I think the problems would start to be solved when we ALL start working for what is best for everyone, and stop being so selfish. I need to help my neighbor, cause I will never make it alone.

This middle-class American did NOT vote for Obama and Obamacare.

It is not "Obamacare", it is national health care.

I will leave it there.

From a June 1 poll concerning the Affordable Care Act

A majority of voters do not want the ACA repealed: Just 42% of voters want to see the new healthcare law repealed, with 56% preferring to either give it a chance to work and make changes as needed (48%) or to keep it as is (8%).
Voters are even less supportive of defunding than repeal: If efforts to repeal the law in Congress fail, voters disapprove of defunding it by a 16-point margin (39% approve / 55% disapprove)

I would vote for a party that followed some First Nations custom, that any decision must be considered for the impact it would have for seven generations.

I think we can safely agree that the vast majority of us in this forum are concerned for the environment that we camp in.

We won't have any campgrounds left if the fires don't stop.

Normally I would have gone camping in the Jemez mountains right now but the fire is still raging up there. :crying1:

To avoid anymore injuries to our member's tongues, I think it would be in everyone's best interest to close this thread.
