Hey Finn,, any good grade of "finnish dill" pickle will work just fine,,, domestic or imported ,, its more the quality of the pre beverage than the quality of the post sippage that counts,,, I am partial to the Crown as a pre sip,,, even if ya run out of Pickle juice then its still ok,,, some of the neighbor hood brewers have a bit of a bite to their reserve stock so additional pickle is needed to calm down the alixer,,, Now I just use local brewers for medical emergencies though,,,,

"PICKLED INN" should be open for guest and of course the traditional taste of the house speciality in mid February,,,, reservations are not required or available,,
