Chris , You could be right, this might be off topic but I still like to watch when I'm camping.

Have fun. :D

Upon further review, the thread wasn't hijacked. It was intercepted!

There was a flag on offence for topic interferance. There was a flag on the defense for a late hit on the thread. The penalties nullify each other. Still first down!

Speaking of penalties, I'm still bummed by the Patriots poor showing last week. :(

You forgot a couple. We have a lot of sun and a 12 month camping season, well maybe 11. We also don't have Hurricanes, Tornados and hail the size of baseballs. Don't get the ice storms either. No offence taken.

That might be true. But they don't start 'out of area'.

Have a good day

Looks like we're back on topic.

Gage When I watch games, I usually watch from the galley TV unless I'm in the tear for some other reason. (you know ; rain, heat, whatever )

Teardrop tailgating is fun too. I've hauled the tear over to Purdue many times for game day. It's perfect for that kind of stuff. Good food, cold drinks, etc. I've been trying to have my older son get the FRAT houses interested in teardrops. You only need to sell one and every house on campus will have to buy one. What a great way to get an education.

8) I watched the first game in my teardrop because I was working in it today. Didn't really care who wins this weekend cause my Rams stink this year and didn't make the playoffs. At least my UCLA Bruins won there bowl game. Hell I just want to go camping.

Scooter, AMEN!! You're so right....when a post gets off track you have to filter through all the yuk to get an answer to your question, but I have added to that yuk a time or two...

All I know for certain is the Steelers are going to Detroit and it was a hard fought road to get there. Kinda wish we were playin' Carolina tho, THEY SUCKED, but the Seahawks should at least put up a valiant effort even if they are going to lose in the end. :ok: :ok: :ok:   8) 8) 8)

Jim,

What I have noticed though. Is that when a post gets hijacked, it is usually after a qualified answer has been given. BUT this post hasn't been hijacked. In my eyes it's an open thread because no question was asked in the very beginning and it was posted in the wrong area. And I wouldn't have responded like I did (up front) if it had been posted in the OFF TOPIC area of this board.
And for those that missed. It seems like
Kurt is the only one who pretty much answered the first question asked (second posting this thread). And as for the Critter, I think he took spelling lessons from Chris C.

Have a good day.

Gage...I moved the topic to...Off Topic...are ya happier now :D ...for me ALL posts go into the "View posts since last visit" thread...at least that is the one I click first and then start at the bottom of page and work up from there  ;) ...as far as hi-jacking goes...I would never condone such a practice :R however once the original posters question has been asked and several answers posted, well, ehnnn...FYI/FWIW it is the original posters responsibility to keep his/her post on track....have fun

But Madjack, he didn't post a question. So I took charge. Or tried to.

No, no, please don't do that, anything but that. :worship: I'll adjust, I promise.

Yes, but the point I believe Gage was politely trying to make is this thread might be better on the Off Topic Forum.

This looks like the off topic board to me. At least thats what I clicked on to get here. javascript:emoticon('')

That's because one of the Administrator's of this board moved the thread to the Off Topic section! It originally was not in this section of the board.
