Dear Forum,
Thank you all for your well wishes for Hailey and the bunch at home. She is doing well and is gaining weight. We hope to have her home soon. It is amazing how much time is waisted driving back and forth to the hospital. Mom and Dad are getting exausted but still in heaven.

The last cutie was the phone call from a 20 year old man at 11:30 at night to tell his mom the baby has the cutest hiccup.

Men are so tough till the little ones get ya.

We have 9 now and the oldest 3 are 14. They are not allowed to do the thing till they are 30 and I can move into a nursing home. This is work.

Meriam, I wish that were true. Two of my grandkids are in Texas, and the others are in Pennsylvania, so I don't get to see them very often. The ones in Texas moved here for a year, but then my daughter moved back for better job opportunities. My wife's grandkids are in this area, but we don't see them very often, except for the oldest granddaughter, 16, who comes to stay overnight about once a month.

Texas and Pennsy. Huh. Sounds like you really need to hurry. Then head North. Stop in Texas, visit Miriam and Mike, and head up 44 to 70 to Pennsyl. Or take 64 and catch the big E/W gathering.

Oh Yeah, and win the lottery. I know how you feel, I have 3 in VA and my inability to sleep in a motel makes it dangerous to drive that far. Hoping the tear will help.

Perhaps we need a gathering in between so our families can meet us.

Hey Chip,
I could have sworn someone from CA. was meeting someone from the East. Oh well thats the one. I have an amazing amount of family still in VA. Promised Mom we would take off sometime this year if at all possible. Maybe thats why Hailey came out to play. She has itchy feet like Grandma.

Would love to meet everyone! We shall see. Tell the oil companies to back off so I can estimate cost.

Congratulation to your son and his girl. I bet by the time that happens you will be looking for a place to hide. Flowers, cake, tux, crying wife, dresses, silverware, china, dresses, rehersal dinner, beer or wine, ------

Groom's mother or not, I took over. We would have had it in a park in jeans and my poor daughter in law would have missed the dress.

If you find your sense of humor and take notes you could be famous. Foxworthy style.

Got it too big again. Ah well, This beautiful child is now 19" long (they got it wrong last time she was 18") She is sitting in a doll carrier. Still tiny but very healthy and doesn't like her dress.
