Water joe, cool! lolol Ive never seen it up here but im gonna scour the shelves a little deeper next time Im at the local stores...At least someones doing it. I know they tried caffinated milk lolol..On the third day with no caffiene and am doing ok...snowshoeing is alot of work, unfortunately the snow is packed so hard here right now they are not needed for travel. I would be leary of skis also, end up breaking them.. Were expecting 7 to 14 inches more white stuff here thru tuesday evening with a 30 to 45 mph wind with higher gusts.. my exersise will involve a shovel the next couple days....

OK. I am back from a 1.6 mile walk with the dogs. It is just so beautiful out that i decided to take them for another walk. Now, I am going to sit on the deck, read a book, and grill the steak I picked up earlier for dinner.

I had 1.5hrs of tennis practice last Wednesday and walked the dogs for 2 miles. Thursday, I played a doubles tennis match, went and watched 3 basketball games, and walked the dogs 1.5 miles that evening. Friday morning, I walked the dogs 2.5 miles and went and watched more basketball. Saturday, I walked the dogs 2 miles, moved/re-stacked my firewood, and watched more basketball. Sunday, I walked the dogs 2 miles, played a doubles tennis match and watched the final basketball game.

Today, I played 1.5hrs of tennis, and am back from walking the dogs 3 miles, and that included a walk to the grocery store to pick up something for dinner. When the weather turns nice, I like to walk to the grocery store to pick up dinner because it does help with the diet because I only eat what I can carry back without using a backpack.

It has been in the 70's and 80's here and just beautiful weather. It is supposed to turn cold again by Thursday.

I love the idea of walking to get your dinner.. :D

Here's an exercise routine that will keep you fit. You can't be more fit than this. Watch to the end, it's quite amazing. Danny

I walked the dogs for 2.5 miles and included a trip to the grocery store to pick up some salmon to grill for dinner.

I am going to start including some weights into my routine starting tomorrow.

I did 36 minutes on my upright exercise bike.. I know it is an odd time.. that is the time length on the particular hill program I did..

I have been working and have a meeting tonight... so that is it for today.

I had 1.5 hours of tennis drills this morning and did a few weights when I got home, and that is it for me. No walk for the dogs because it is cold and rainy outside.
