OK, one load in the dryer and another in the washer. Good to go for another 45-50 mins! :lol:

that would be nice, but I would be happy to get the colarbone straightened out and make sure that I don't have nerve damage in the back. I get tingling in my legs sometimes and that is really NOT a good thing in my case! I have had a stiff/painful neck and shoulder area for a long time now and hope that is fixed for sure. Maybe I will start sleeping better at night if things go right with the colarbone and back. Just hope that I am not getting my hopes up too high and am heading for a fall, so to speak!

that would be nice, but I would be happy to get the colarbone straightened out and make sure that I don't have nerve damage in the back. I have not really heard from them since we went over... :thinking:

maybe we scared them away already.. 8)

They were going to be running back and forth for a bit.. back to RI to pick up more stuff.. she was going to be visiting her sister somewhere..

back from my work out... :D :sweaty:

We went for a trail run.. then some tire flipping.. 13 times one way.. and 13 back.. :D

I really like that exercise.. it hurts so good.. :thumbsup:

hmm I did some turkish get ups.. some halos.. sit ups... hyper ext. the plank.. hmm I don't remember what else. :thinking:
