You can join my vast network of unpaid assitants. They come with me to races, and hold my gear while I shoot in the pits, at the walls, and in the other areas off-limits to the general public. I don't think I have anyone at Sebring, yet. Hmmmm.

Sebring"s not far, between an hour and an hour and a half, next race in March? I can probably build up my endurance for 12 hours by then. I turned down chance to got to Daytona for free this weekend (to hot) and I already have access to St. Pete Grand Prix (I work for the city, we generally not done at track until 11 p.m. during race week) Good overtime though

Well, I had to go in for jury duty at 1pm. Went though the whole check-in, film etc. The clerks said it would be about 15 minutes before we would go over to the court as they weren't quite ready. She comes back & says they won't be ready today, so we are off the hook for jury duty.

Only lost a couple of hours in my day & can go back to working on our TD. Plus I don't have to worry now about getting stuck on some jury messing up my July.
I don't object to the idea of being on a jury, its just that without fail I get the notices at a bad time. The gathering at Mendocino is July 19th.

I would do this by PM, but what the heck, it keeps the thread alive and growing.

The only races I shoot are at the road courses. No ovals. Sebring might be one the schedule next year. I hope so. Rolex at Daytona, maybe. Daytona 500, not a chance.
