You can join my vast network of unpaid assitants. They come with me to races, and hold my gear while I shoot in the pits, at the walls, and in the other areas off-limits to the general public. I don't think I have anyone at Sebring, yet. Hmmmm.

Sebring"s not far, between an hour and an hour and a half, next race in March? I can probably build up my endurance for 12 hours by then. I turned down chance to got to Daytona for free this weekend (to hot) and I already have access to St. Pete Grand Prix (I work for the city, we generally not done at track until 11 p.m. during race week) Good overtime though

Well, I had to go in for jury duty at 1pm. Went though the whole check-in, film etc. The clerks said it would be about 15 minutes before we would go over to the court as they weren't quite ready. She comes back & says they won't be ready today, so we are off the hook for jury duty.
:woohoo: :woohoo: :bounce: :bounce: :running man: :running man:
Only lost a couple of hours in my day & can go back to working on our TD. Plus I don't have to worry now about getting stuck on some jury messing up my July.
I don't object to the idea of being on a jury, its just that without fail I get the notices at a bad time. The gathering at Mendocino is July 19th.
Yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would do this by PM, but what the heck, it keeps the thread alive and growing.

The only races I shoot are at the road courses. No ovals. Sebring might be one the schedule next year. I hope so. Rolex at Daytona, maybe. Daytona 500, not a chance.

This thread has a life of its own.

May the thread be with you.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

This thread also has a mind of it's own, and the subject wanders to and fro, without direction. :o

My life does not wander to and fro. It runs to and fro, most of the time it runs in opposite directions at once.

All your filibuster tactics will never work here. This thread was dead before it started. But just like our congressmen we ignore the truth go on and on like it's still alive. Thread reform is what we need!
