great...

Yeah, I pushed myself with the weight on some of the exercises. During the "cool down" I kinda got this weird rush that almost felt like I was gonna pass out, but not quite to where it gets bad like I was actually going to.
:?

When I really push it on the bike.. I get tunnel vision.. the periphery of my vision goes black.. Greg his lips go numb..

herb is easier, no need for all that kwazy exersizing and getting all sweaty... 8)

Amen brother!!!

sorry... but the endorphins.. and other feel good stuff.. is better than any drug I have taken...

Yeah, I know...now...there are lots better "highs" out there.

Holding my daughter the first time was probably the "highest" I'll ever be.

I know about the tunnel vision too...I remember that from racing cars.

I used to get that way fishing.. so completely zeroed in on what I was doing I lost the ability to go there a few years ago, :(

gee glenn, ya think?

numb lips sounds like a lack of O2. I've had that happen while working at high altitudes, like 10K+. You guys are just a tad nuts, you do know that, right?

Hey Kids.. we are back.. we got close to 3 hours in..

We got more single track cut.. some steep stuff.. not a big deal to get down.. but I am not sure how climbable... I will need 3 smallish bridges..

There are places where it would be good to go over stuff with my brush cutter.. with the brush blade not the saw blade.... and then my leaf blower..

I also have a couple of spots where I will need to bench cut a trail in.
