I rearranged my teardrop in my tarp structure. It was quite a workout.

Well I have started exercising this week. I'm lucky that the university has a wellness program the employees can take advantage of.

Yup I have been on a diet for the last month and I finaly started excercising. It's part of a biggest loser challenge their having all across the university for all its employees. It's cool I get my own trainer cause I'm extra fluffy.  and I also started water aerobics too.

Ive been really slacking off this summer, well the last month or so.
I got on the Wii and checked in and I have not gained or lost in over a month and a half, still really watching my food intake, no garbage, no sodapop.. I really would like to see 195 lbs, Im still stuck at 201... lololol
On the other hand, I feel pretty good about myself and how I look and no scale can tell you that.....

We are Back!
We have spent the last 6 weeks moving and getting settled in with Becky's Mom! :?
Three days ago we went camping at San Onofre SB. We did lots of hiking and bike riding to get all the stress out!!! :D
We are feeling much better now!

Hi Paul:
No, haven't seen the Wylers light yet. Is this at W-Mart or just your grocery store? Yes, those C. Lights are pricey but I try and get them when Publix has them B1G1 free deals.

I am still at 36 lb. weight loss and 16.5" loss all over. Put some shorts on today that I hadn't worn in about 3 months (they were too snug) and now I can't wear them anymore because they are way too big! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!! I've been doing a lot of physical labor here lately and that has helped with shedding the inches.

I'm gonna go look for those Wylers Paul. Thanks for the heads-up.

Mandy, time for you to check in with your progress. How is your "lifestyle change" coming along?

Whooo Hooo! I'm finally under 200lbs- - been chipping away at it for some time - watching what I eat, eating less, and exrecise has done it. Don't hink I'll ever get to 175lbs (20 something weight), but glad one milestone is passed :D

:applause: Great to hear Scott!

My husband just lost 15 lbs. in 2 weeks but he wasn't trying...he caught the flu and was very, very sick. He is now at 175.
