:applause: Great to hear Scott!

My husband just lost 15 lbs. in 2 weeks but he wasn't trying...he caught the flu and was very, very sick. He is now at 175.

Does sweating your booty off outside cleaning out the Teardrop count as exercise?? Jeez, it can't get any more humid here! I'm stuck at 37 lbs. but I haven't been exactly eating the "right" way lately. Oh well -- now I know that motivation and will power are a necessary part of my life. Haven't gained though!!!

Holy cow! Nobody's done any exercise since August? We're all gonna have to move up to those big-size campers.
;)

No time. Mike has lost weight and slimmed down with all the running but that doesn't seem to work for women. :(

Someday!

I bought a Wii Fit Plus today! :applause:

I've wanted one since they came out but finally decided to go for it. It's lots of fun and not dependant on the weather!

Wii Fit is AWESOME!!!

As a person who has always struggled with my weight and hates to exercise it has my full endorsement. Exercise is so fun with this thing that I keep it up long after my daily goals are met. (Which btw it keeps track of for you). I've lost 6 pounds and actually look forward to exercise for the first time in my life.

For Christmas we are getting Wii Sports Resort for sure!

I enjoy mine too. I like the hula-hoops and and really like the step exercises. I don't particularly like the jogging one. Doesn't it make your whole outlook on life seem better when you see the scale going down? I'm proud of you my friend! :applause: Keep it up.

i like to do a lot of slacklining. it's great for building up your core and your arms and your legs. plus getting back up off the ground over and over and over is good cardio.

once we get our trailer built and start making some outings, I'll bring my setup and give some lessons.

No Rob, you didn't. It's just too cold to really enjoy exercising right now and everyone trying to get things back to normal since the holidays are over. We'll be back to complaining how fat and miserable we are pretty soon. ;)

I love winter adventures too but right now my idea of winter exercising is lifting those logs to put them in the fireplace! :)
