Samoyeds are a fantastic breed. But you will be forever awash in dog hair. Hair, everywhere.

Heikki -- you should start looking for lint tape rollers on sale -- by the case!

Hah So Ive been forewarned..  Do you clip them or shear them?  Well there is always a positive side to this. I,ll get another wool sweater soon. :D

Now wait a minute that hair has to be mixed with wool due to the fact the hair is so delicate. True?

Ohh Question for you. How big of a team of Samis are need to pull our tear?

Yes, the Samoyed hair is spun with wool. There's a woman who sells beautiful scarves and yarn, including colored yarn, at the Samoyed Nationals. Beautiful stuff.

I'm not patient enough to collect Gidget's hair. I donate it to the area squirrels and the DC landfill.

Yes, she's always been obsessed with that stump. We've never seen anything in it so don't what's so interesting about it.

Could it be thats one of the characteristics of the Sami, just to be humorous? :)

Gidget needs to be in movies...she's just beautiful. I think she enjoys having her picture taken.

And after she learned to drive:

She may have learned to drive and even have a fancy car, but I don't see a teardrop hitched up behind it.

They sure are pretty dogs :D

Cajun Lady -- Indeed, Gidget has a keen sense of the paparazzi and their needs.

Jazzy Lynn -- My Galapagos Green teardrop would have clashed terribly with that Crystal Blue Miata.

Awww -- eyes and ears open. At 3 weeks they'll be walking, at 4 weeks they'll start to discover the joys of running.

Priceless.

We need videos!

They look like itty bitty polar bears. I'm so glad they aren't! They are just adorable.
