Funny you brought that up, because I've been thinking about that for a few weeks:

It was still broken a few weeks after Wilma, and I still enjoyed my little pieces of toll-free travel, courtesy of Jeb.

So NO jail time for me, and so far, NO bad karma.

Except when I go to Disney next week, it'll be like I'm paying it all back. From here to Orlando, about 2 1/2 hours, my toll bill will be about 20 bucks.

Ira, you could take the "scenic route", up rts. 27 and 441. Yehaw Junction (Rt. 441 and 60) Is quite a scene. I've driven through it many times in the past going from Orlando to Pahokee down on the SE side of the lake. Of course, you don't want to blink while driving through it and miss seeing it.

With two kids and a wife itching to see that mouse, the only thing I'll be watching is the stupid speedometer. Actually, you're 100% right--I have to take some of those nicer roads north of me. It's always that stupid Turnpike because it's fast.

I wanna see Mt. Dora, too. Never been there.
