Hi Johnny, Hi Glenn!

Mandy? Is Mandy still here? Hi Mandy!

Just finished my workout.....gotta go get me some protein shake.
I was able to find one without any yuckies in it. Unsweetened, but still vanilla flavored. I put a little fruit in it and that's enough.....ok, except saturday when I put a cup of coffee in it....then I sugared it like coffee, but that was an extra special treat because I deserve it.

:D

He gave me a cortizone shot, now my shoulder feels great...except the point where the gianormus needle went in.

And...all I have to do today is hang some curtains in the kitchen.

So, the Bronx Zoo has a cobra that has gone rogue.

I think they need a honey badger to straighten this out.

Hey Guys :)
My eye is sloooowly getting better. To night we will have a faux thanksgiving dinner. We had a turkey taking up space in the freezer and decided it was time to roast it. We will also have mashed potatos and pork red chile, and some veggies, and salad.
Mmmm I might not make it back after dinner tonight. :SH

I can't say anything cause I have a some old faucets set up like that. I guess in the old days it didn't matter which side you put the hot water on.
