Home from another very exhausting day at work and already showered and dressed to go out to dinner. Have to leave in just a few minutes now!

Later! :)

hmm I have been thinking about the floor in the utility room some more. If I unhook the 10 lines from the manifold.. I can take it right out. I think there is enough room to get at it. I would want to cover over the ends [duct tape] to stop anything from going in. but doing this.. and I could do a much lower floor over it... hmm at typing this.. perhaps I have room to do a plywood section.. that would be flush with the top of the floor.. hmm that would be awesome... :D

This is just a quick drive by...cause I have so much to finish doing. I just finished ketchip :D

Johnny, What you said is actually really cool! I am trying to see the postives from the negative...Here you have proven my point. I know that light duty has sucked for you and your arm hurts.....but, if you hadn't experienced this, you would never have learned that you like to train others. Now, you may get a raise to do be a trainer....That's awesome! I'm proud for you. Also, I hope that you find a doc to release you from light duty soon.

Glenn, the sink that you are working on, looks great! :applause:

Everyone, I hope you're having a great day and will have a great evening! Take care and be kind to yourselves ;)

Hope to talk to you all soon! :)

Hi Jan.. I hope you are well today.

I think my sick area looks better in person than the photo...

Perhaps it is because I knew what it looked like before... :o

there are 17 basic exercises..some exercises have several different directions of movement. For example the neck exercises have 3 different parts to it.

they want you to start with 10 "reps" of each.... doing them each day.. and each week add 10 more... working up to 100 reps of each.. unless you have some "damage" in the joint.. then doing 200-300 reps.

What kind of rolling papers are you using? Lot's of people like ez wides but I always preferred zig zags.

man.. I feel like I was dragged through a knot hole sideways.. several times... :o

Greg and Judy were hammering tonight and we had all we could do to hang on.. so much of the ride right at my limit.. frequently vomiting in my mouth... :o

I am hoping we were maybe still a little tired from last nights ride.

Even though the speed was faster tonight.. Matt said he had an easier time hanging with us tonight vs last night.. shruggy..
