Johnny, What you said is actually really cool! I am trying to see the postives from the negative...Here you have proven my point. I know that light duty has sucked for you and your arm hurts.....but, if you hadn't experienced this, you would never have learned that you like to train others. there are 17 basic exercises..some exercises have several different directions of movement. For example the neck exercises have 3 different parts to it.
they want you to start with 10 "reps" of each.... doing them each day.. and each week add 10 more... working up to 100 reps of each.. unless you have some "damage" in the joint.. then doing 200-300 reps.
What kind of rolling papers are you using? Lot's of people like ez wides but I always preferred zig zags.
