the king is maybe just more advanced.. these are the two I do.. they might have specific names... other than just pigeon... :thinking:

That's one of the stretches used in the cool down of supreme 90....I think he called it a hurdler's stretch?

the above two are what I know as a hurdlers stretch.. they are more a hamstring and a groin stretch

the pigeon hits very differently.. and is much deeper...
