I'm not sure.

I think I am gonna try to do my workout right now and try to calm down.

I just sent a couple of emails that contain copious amounts of honesty and I'm not sure what the reaction will be. Either way, it is good that they were sent, but I am definitely freaked out about it.

Well I was semi successful with my list. I got new light bulbs for my lights. A metal ring for Laurie to hang some wire mesh baskets from. More cardboard to recycle...

I was sort of looking for a table top planer and joiner... not that I would have boughten it today.. but I did not find anything. I got my motorcycle battery. My light was not in at the shop yet..

I was also sort of looking for hula hoops. I had thought of them before..and part of my joint mobility program.. included doing the hula hoop motion. I figured it might be easier to do it with an actual hula hoop. they do make fitness ones.. but I could not find any around here.. I tried K-Mart.. and they had some that lit up... on sale.. but decided against them.

Well I went to Mardens.. a local "surplus" store... to get a new rug / mat for the laundry room.. and as soon as I walked in.. hula hoops... :D

they had some decent sized ones.. I bought two... :D

and I did get a rug I wanted. They had a fairly decent sized selection of the water hog type mats. This is heavy enough to cover the floor irregularities. :D

oh yeah.. and a trip to the healthfood store.

is it ironic that I go there for chocolate... :NC

I did buy other stuff.. but they do have good dark chocolate... :D

Speaking of light bulbs.....remember I said I was watching the show about Tesla the other night? The most important thing, that I think I learned is that Edison was a dick!

Oh, and I like dark chocolate....have you tried Green & Black's organic 85%....good stuff.
