Morning! :)

42 now and going up to 56 or so with mostly cloudy and gray today!

Normally only work about 3 hours on weekends, but might do a full day today because of being of for rain this week.

good morning...

sleep was so-so.. it took a little while to fall asleep.. but not bad. I did wake at 1:00 to pee.. and then could not get back to sleep. So I headed toward the sun room. The problem with the sun room.. and no shutters or curtains.. is it get light pretty early... :roll: :roll:

My thought at the moment is to sort of give them the benefit of the doubt. I will put up a fence.. so that they have no question of where the line is!!!

We were just talking to a friend of ours last weekend.. who is a police officer in another town. He said feuding neighbors can be a pain. He said one needs to take the high road and ignore the other.



Of course trespassing and damaging property is another matter.. once a fence is put up.. and maybe a few no trespassing signs.. then if they cross the fence... :o :x :x :hammer:

ok.. we went to see our good neighbor.. and he was not there yet.. so we were going to to to the farm supply store up the road.. to get prices.. they were not open yet... so we went to Home Depot...

Then we swung buy a friends.. who also is a Police officer..

The weird thing.. I had also emailed him yesterday.. and he gave me completely different advice in email.. than he did in person... :? :?

He's like that.. shruggy.

In his email.. he said I needed to act.. and swiftly.. in person..he suggested taking the high road..

We have gently let them know of the issue.. and take a wait and see approach.

He deals with neighbor disputes all the time and they get nasty.. and everyone is always miserable. He said putting a fence up at this moment.. might instigate.. a negative reaction from him...

I understand.. and do agree with him..

it is not being chicken.. or not wanting to be confrontational either...

While I don't suspect we will ever be friends with these people.. I don't need a constant battle.

My friend mentions the feuds that some get into.. scattering nails in the drive.. and just on and on BS..
