Good morning/afternoon,
Left the house yesterday around 8:30 and returned at 2am...Long day!!
My wife was good enough to let me sleep in until 11:00!!! Thanks Dear.

Yes! It is hot and sticky, even at 2 in the morning the humidity and temps were very high...82 degrees and 90%. Welcome to August in Florida.

OK - It is now Wednesday and the sun is up and the weather is going to be GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRREAT.

No humdity - no rain - low heat and Beauty. But wait Thursday - Friday - going to be Hell on Wheels. Hot humid and server T-Storms..

But who knows.

Sunny and still in the mid 90s with some thunderstorms on hand for the day.
Humidity will stay with us for a while. Yes August is living up to the reputation of August!!

Another long work day in store after a day off...looking forward to playing with the characters at the parks!

wow ME thinks the dead Thread is finally going south. Not very much activity...........

Maybe CD could save the thread???????

Alot of people a MIA and we need them to rally and show their support.....

well today is Thursday and rain is on its way. We will now be having summer again and there is a air quality alert - a alert Orange. So if your old have a breathing issue etc - stay inside.,.,.,.,.,.,.,.,

good morning.. it is foggy and wet out.. but I think we are supposed to be mostly sunny.. warmer and more humid [although nothing serious at all]

another work day today...

Today is my second day of testing my blood sugar... [although I had seriously cut back on sugar 6 or so days ago] my sugar was at 100 today.. [it should be 100 or below] I know it is just one reading... but at least things seem to be improving... :D

8) Good morning from sunny Florida...for the moment.

They (the evil ones) tell us that we will get hammered again today with HEAVY
afternoon showers. Yesterday it started about 12:30 and went for an hour with very heavy storms with lightning and thunder on top of it.
The storms did clear up and we had a fairly nice evening.

Hope that your day is going great and drink lots of water if you are outside.

I've been busy, and I'm heading out on the road again tomorrow. I'm going to Pebble Beach for the Concours. I may need a jacket in the mornings. YES!

It's still hot as hell here. We had a slight reprieve, but only a couple of days. We got a good, soaking rain Saturday night, but the water collected on tome of my EZ-Up and it collapsed. :(

I'm looking forward to the return of camping season. I'll probably spend more time on this forum once I start camping again. Right now, I am doing a lot of BBQing, so I am over there when I have any time. I won a Throwdown, and on the next Throwdown, I got zero votes. :lol:

I'll try and check in from the road.

So what's you BBQ????? We started doing some Korean BBQ. A whole lot of different method. More marinated meats (chicken, beef and pork) Thinly sliced - cooked on a skillet like plate on the grill. Kinda of make your own meal. Really tasty stuff serve the meat in lettuce leaf with rice and a dab of soy paste. Sounds a little strange but really tasted good.

Fun to do with a big gathering of family and friends..........

Finally Friday has arrived................ Strange weather and therefore strange people are on the roads. We are now in the pattern - cool evenings (70s) Hot -humidit days -95+. And then late afternoon T-Storms and the rain pours out of the sky. And the cycle repeats. So that is what is going to happen in your Nation's Capital this weekend.

Been working on a guitar for about a year now and finally wrapping it up. Hopefully it can be done this weekend. Client has been very patience - but just too many setbacks on my side - but it is finally getting the finishing touches............... Can't wait to get it to him.
