It's dark and still warm at the doghouse. It is February third, and I have the windows open at 7:16 pm.

I have a tater in the oven, and some stuff to watch cued up on AppleTV. Sheepman is probably gearing up for some kind of extreme activity in the snow and ice. Better him than me. :D

Enjoyed seeing the first blooms of the season on the flowering cherry & plum trees.

8) Good evening all.

Had beautiful day...high 70s and slight breeze...lots of sunshine.

Cleaned the garage and did some spring cleaning with beautiful weather.

Hope that you have a great ride Glenn.

Sounds like Texas is having a mild winter as well as us.

Make it a great day where you are or evening...

Well, it's a more normal February day today -- overcast and cold. We're only going to get to the mid forties.

I'm prepping food to cook to watch the Super Bowl Commercials. :D

good morning...  8)

We arose to zero degrees.. but it was up to 7 by ride time. We had 7 of us start the ride... but only 6 finished. We had 4 of us in our 50's.. 2 were in their 30's.. and 1 in his 20's... it was the young one that bailed..

Yesterdays ride did not end up as easy as it was supposed to be.. Not that it was particularly fast.. but it was hilly.. quite hilly.. especially for us on fixies.

It did not leave Laurie and I very fresh for today's ride... we did ok though..

I ended up pretty spent after the ride..and took a nice nap.. in the sunroom..

Sounds like a couple of good days for you...hope that you recover ok.

We were at least 80 today with a mild breeze.
Had a great worship service and lesson this morning and did some wood work this afternoon. All in all a great day here in sunny Florida.

YO YO YO !!!!!!!!! it is that time o day - Rise and shine and see the day as it rises above you.

Nice weekend - (Giants won!!!!) It is now starting to be winter in your nation's capital. Cold mornings (30+F) More snow in the prediction - etc.

Went to Lowes and picked me up a new gass grill. Although they would assemble it for free - I (in a manly tone) said - "No problem - I'll do it!"

Loaded it in the SUV and got it home. Getting it out of the car was a trick in itself - but managed to get it on my little red wagon and got it into the car port. Started unloading it got to the million pieces and a 1000 pounds of cardboard-plactic and foam Got the instructions - and started. 2hours later - it startes to snow - so I cover everything up and head inside. Next morning (it is now Sunday) I uncover and start again - On the last step (19) and I am inserting the Inginition System - and yes - I broke it! Off to Lowes and armed with reciept and my story - I go to the Seasonal Department well to sum it up I got the part got it all together - fired the grill up and off you go. The instruction say it will take only 30minutes to assemble - NA NA - it takes 2 days!!!!!!!!!!!

have fun - for I sure did!

8) Yes, we did have lots of sunshine mixed with some brief showers...just enough to get one PO'd.

Glen, hope that your ride went well, even if it is way to cold for us here in Florida. We reached the low 80s today with lots of humidity, but, still a nice day.
