I just started using the digital camera, most of mine are slides. Just a few I have taken this winter.

Here's one from my neck of the woods: A small farm pond in central Oklahoma in the fall.

My turn!! One of our motivations for building a tear was to facilitate our photo trips! We were headed to the CA coast last year, just as we caught the bug...and were able to catch the tail end of IRG2. Captured this one right up the road in Trinidad...

And a few from a February Yosemite trip this year...

And for those of you who care...Nikon all the way!

cdfnchico- Really nice captures! Are they HDR, or is it just me?

Rodney...
I know its the photographer, and not the camera. I'll keep shooting with a Pentax. Just in case.

Blimey you guys live in some amazing places... my wife does a lot of photography and uses a DMC-FZ50 Panasonic... I make do with any old camera, usually a Fujitsu 6000 series... but it's older than the internet I think

I visited Washington a long time ago, but I must have gone at the wrong time of the year... it didn't look anywhere near as beautiful as it does now. You have some real beauty spots over there... remember going through West Virginia... there was some amazing places there, jawdropping scenary.

Wow...a talented bunch of folks who have visited some remarkable places!

Rodney, I've been playing with HDR landscapes this year...and like the results. The last capture isn't HDR...just a looooong exposure at twilight!

cdfnchico, I really liked all of your photos. I've seen some HDR photos that are way over the line for me, but the ones you posted I like. That last loooong capture is just extra fine. Hope you'll post more when you can.

I've been suprized by the number of posts one little picture of a Wisteria
has generated. Thanks to all.

Rodney... :applause:
