No not sure but Lily was grunting a lot too so I was thinking she was pushing it out.

I can't believe we were a part of the births. Well, not actually a part, but
we were there. That is so exciting and something I will remember for a
long time.

It gives me goosebumps when I hear them cry. Such a sweet sound.

They posted a youtube video of the birth
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VBNtANbW5vE

You can see the cubs little arm touch Lily on the nose at about 1:50 and then reach out again at about 2:20

Here's the latest word:

Update - January 22, 2:43 PM ETShare
At this time we cannot confirm a second cub. After the first cub, we watched as Lily convulsed and strained and then we heard a cub cry. However, that could easily have been the first cub crying because Lily had moved and let cold air in on it or had pulled a nipple away. We believe we saw a cub at that time briefly between Lily's front feet. We are assuming that was the first cub and that it is the cub we heard cry out. Lily could have been straining to pass the afterbirth. We are learning along with all of you.—Sue Mansfield, MS

:( Awww mannn.... I missed it! I was watching for a while last night a little after 1am and she was stirring a bit but soon settled. When it got to be 1:30 and it looked like she was sleeping I figured she was the smart one and thought I'd better follow her lead. Went to bed and woke up one tired puppy this morning for work.. I'll be interested to see if there are any other cubs still to come...Can't view the cam at work but will check when I get home. Glad you guys were posting so I could find out how she was doing.
