I'll probly have about 40 quarts of green beans, most likely 30-40 qts of quatered tomatoes (wife eats 'em outta the jar all winter, yuk) hopefully 20+ qts of my own special salsa (simple recipe but very tasty) I do hot garlic dill pickles, I was hoping for lots but it's not looking good, pickle bushes kinda petered out early. We'll blanche and freeze the cauliflower and broccoli, should have lots of that. Maybe freeze some corn if I get enough, need rain.
Gotta pick beans and maters this morning sometime.
