Google Search Bar Now With Spell Checker

Postby halfdome, Danny » Fri Sep 15, 2006 10:03 am

When I make a post I usually use my word processor but now I have a new free tool. Google automatically added a Spell Checker to their search bar so now all I have to do is click on it for suggestions for the correct spelling. You can add your own word spelling to the dictionary if you desire. Give it a try it's very easy. Danny

Danny:

Thank you for pointing the spell checker out with the google tool bar. :)

May I also suggest that there are other tools that might be helpful when using this forum?
For all those that are new to the forum:
Please go here and look at some of the other tools that will make your use of the T&TTT
forum more pleasurable.
Firefox and the google spell checker are two of the best choices, in my opinion.
When I found the google spell checker I was very satisfied for sure.

May I suggest the Advanced toolbar from google to search this forum:

Thanks Danny ...

Spell checker, what's that? It's funny, I'll reread some of my old posts and see stuff that is obviously fat fingered and misspelled. I just shake my head. I suppose I could edit them but why go thru the trouble.

To my defense though, when I post at work I'm usually in a hurry, plus I'm wearing 2 pairs of gloves while typing, nitrile gloves and a cotton glove liner. I still have to find an excuse for when I'm typing at home.

Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

I find it's hard to fat finger when you only use two fingers.
