Tommorrow December 23 is the BIG day!!!

Let me wish you a HAPPY FESTIVUS!

The dinner will be great, the Festivus pole is up and I can't wait for the Airing of the Grievences.

If no-one pins me this year during the Feats of Strength does that mean
Festivus lasts all year?

So who gets it?

I still prefer Christmas, although I guess I can understand Festivus. Kinda like Kwanza. Make up a holiday for the fun of it. And no, this post is not meant to be inflammatory. It is only the very humble opinion of an old fart that wishes the 50's would come back. Life seemed much simpler back then.

Ken...I got it from the get go...just wish I could get the show in reruns...and Stan...nothin' wrong with wanting a Leave it to Beaver/ Andy Griffith world...I wish it were the same now...however I remember "duck and cover" drills in school...and looking at homes with mom and dad for sale that the big feature was an outfitted bomb shelter in them...I can just see it...in the future, people will demand a Festivus pole be along side the Christmas tree, Menorah etc....Doug
