Skimmed through that quick. Frivolous seems to be one of their favorite words. But I don't see anything at first glance where they actually site a real law that they can stand on. Which from everything I've read for years now, they can't.
I'm guessing telling you everything you do or say about it is frivolous makes everything alright and legal in their eyes.
Anything for job security I suppose.

Frivolous is what the courts have deemed the arguements made to try to claim the sixteenth amendment unlawful, not the IRS. The people that come up with this stuff are the same ones that wrap tin foil around their heads to keep anyone from reading their thoughts :lol: :?
