Out of retirement . . .

Things that don't fit anywhere else...

Out of retirement . . .

Postby rooster » Mon Jun 04, 2007 3:09 pm

After ten years of lay'n around and one tear complete, I was asked by a lady friend to come and be her office manager. It's pretty nice to have extra cash in the pocket. Now all I have to do is get the wife to go camping. She says the weather isn't warm enough. Here in AK if the temp. is in the mid 60's it time to go. I'll have to wait to see how many times we get the
tear into a camp site.

8) Hey Jim,
You're back....I was wondering if you'd taken an extended honeymoon.
More likely been busy with honey-dos

Good luck convincing the missus,

me and wife are both retired , seems your either retired with plenty of time and not quite enough money, OR your working and plenty of money , and not enough time to do anything. But I'll still take retired over working, and Camping over most everything else.

Out od retirement

Postby rooster » Tue Jun 05, 2007 9:09 pm

I get on board once in a while to see what being talked about and whos doing what to whom. I haven't had much to say as of late. Mary Lou and I are doing well and are enjoying life to the fullest. She gives me permission to be BOSS once in a while but not very often. I got back into the habit of saying, "Yes dear." She's thinking of going back to school and re-take the class. How to spend money 101.

All in all life is great up here in the Last Frontier.

Rooster, welcome back! Happy to hear everything is going well up there and you survived the winter. Tell Red Hen to come South where it is nice and warm.
