Paris Hilton Must Be Stopped

Postby Ira » Thu Jun 07, 2007 3:06 pm

In keeping with Arne's thread about making subject lines more specific, I named mine the above...although I had a MILLION better ones.

Why am I so pissed that they released this skag from jail because of illness? What was her illness?

CRYING!?

Non-Americans--don't hate all Americans and our culture for this, but if you do, no one in their right mind could blame you.

Now...

If this bitch was YOUR kid, how would you punish her?

I'll weigh in first:

Wire coat hangers, Betty Crawford style.
Here we go again!

Maybe her illness stemmed from the clothes she had to wear.

The only way to punish her is to take away what she hold dear and that is cars, money and parties

Cops probally got sick of her whining and let her out or maybe there will be a new video coming out. What a joke I couldn't believe it when I heard it. I think she will screw up again...real soon.

She'll probably kill somebody driving DUI since I serious doubt she's learned anything. If she does I hope the relatives sue the crap out of the Hiltons and the state of California.

I was just admiring America for demonstrating to all its young people that being a celebrity isn't an alternative to being law-abiding and this happens....

We'll see whether an older Brit gets the same treatment - George Michael was found guilty of driving under the influence of drugs and gets sentenced tomorrow.

What was the judge thinking letting her out? If she was about to have a nervous breakdown (per her psychiatrist), shouldn't she have been transferred to a mental ward for observation and treatment? And what about her doctor disclosing her medical condition to the whole world? Didn't he just violate the privacy statutes?

It's just different treatment for those who got it from those who don't.

In protest, I am going to burn my Paris Hilton sex video! That'll show her.
Still graced with two eyes and ten fingers (due in no small part to luck!).

Just when you think a problem is solved, an uglier result replaces it.

The truth is our local jails are too full and if she had been anyone else, she would never have gone to jail for a single day.
They dump non-violent and non-felony criminals all the time.
They need the officers assigned to special jail housing for more useful stuff.
Maybe she learned something by being locked up one night. She has not HAD to do anything until now. She is not worth bothering or thinking about.

We need to get back to the important things in life, like Jumping Carp hunts.

Celebrities get off the hook all the time - they have the money and the connections. She isn't worth the powder it would take to reload my .44 magnum. I don't care if she got sick, hell, I'd be sick too if I had to spend any time in the LA slammer but, that's part of the price you have to pay for being stupid.
I don't know Ira about punishment for her specifically but my own kids learned valuable, non-injurious lessons about screwing up. This incident certainly was just another lesson we taught the rest of the world, isn't it?
Maybe force her to watch old Bowery Boys movies for 45 days, 24 hours a day............................

You are absolutely right... I doubt she learned anything other than wealth has it's privileges. Maybe she will screw up again and get some real punishment? Hopefully before she kills someone... :o

I would assume that on house arrest she's not allowed any alcohol. My hope is she fails a UA. At that point I don't see how she'll get out of it except to leave the country. I was amazed to see that she got out already.

Her doctor says she was about to have a nervous break down. I say ok, put her in the jail ward at UCLA Medical. Either that or put her in a Half Way house. I don't believe we've heard the last of this. The District Attorney's office is real hot about the whole thing.

NEWS FLASH:The District Attorney's office has filed Court papers and she has to go back to court tomorrow in reguards to her being returned to custody. Oh, and by the way. The first judge had ordered no house arrest.

P.S. Her house arrest doesn't mean diddly doo. She can still have Alcohol and have parties at her house. She just can't go out.
