If it's not broken, you're not trying hard enough.

Love the one with the Roman candle. That's a howl.
I've had dogs that bit their own feet. Never figured that out.

dogs that bite or chew themselves are usually in pain.
some times that pain is psychosomatic, but the dog can't tell.

left untreated, biting their own legs or feet can lead to open wounds, infections, and death.
Not so funny from that point of view.

Yes, valium is used in dogs to help control seizures & calm anxiety. Problem is it only lasts a very short time (1-2 hours). We now use Prozac as well as Elavil to treat anxiety disorders in dogs & cats including separation anxiety & self traumatic disorders like the one in the first video. Whoda guessed - our pets suffering from the same things we do? I can't tell you the number of clients who say they are taking the same medication as their pets!

Not at all funny
I made the assumption the dog was normal and was confused about his hind leg attempting to steal his chew toy.

If the dog has problems I'd be the first to pay his/her vet bill. The situation would be very unfortunate.

I think from hence forth I'll just post about TD construction and keep my warped sense of humor to myself. Never occurred to me the dog might be troubled in some way.

I suspect human intervention in that first video. I've seen dogs do weird things, but my "bogus" alarm is going off, biig time.

As for the second, I wish the roman candle would have shot the dog's owner in the ass. THAT would have been funny.
