Looking for 15%-20% Harbor Freight Coupon for Mtr Cycle Lift

Postby halfdome, Danny » Wed Nov 14, 2007 5:58 pm

I was going to build this Motorcycle Lift from the plans I purchased but found out it will cost $465 for just the steel and floor jack and I would still need to buy hardware, paint & then build it. Today I was in the area and stopped by the Tacoma Harbor Freight store and found this Motorcycle Lift for $349.99 plus tax. It looks quite substantial and has a safety device so it won't suddenly drop. They have an air powered one too but will have to check the local store. I'll mount a 4' x 8' plywood top on it for my work bench  .
Do they still issue a 15% or 20% coupon or am I out of luck on this one? I don't want to be on their mailing list. Danny

Danny, while working in a office furniture factorie the other day, I noticed they had "Pump trucks" to move skids around that had an extra feature that would raise the skid to table top height. Looked kinda kool, possibly something you could check out. Didn't get the name of the manufacturer tho... shouldn't be hard to find if determined.....

John, I had considered one of those several years ago and decided on a pallet jack and a tiny 3 wheeled fork lift. This MC table will enable me to lower a project to 7 3/4" from the floor and then I can safely flip it to do the other side without doing more injury to my shoulders. It will also make it much easier to remove a project from the bench or return it for additional work. Next week they are going to do another shoulder manipulation under anesthesia :FNP I sure hope this one fixes me. :worship: Thanks, :D Danny
