Okay--I have to drop the bombshell that I'm going to get hell for, but this is what I think:

The evening before, she went totally ballistic and shrill at Edwards during the debate, for no real reason--she basically "lost" it, and it was ugly.

The next morning, she gets all teary-eyed and emotional how she doesn't want to see this country go backwards.

PMS--what else? Or menopause.

With any kind of luck she'll bury herself deep enough that she can't get out before long. It would save us listening to her B.S. too much longer.
