Between the 2 I had to root for LSU. It just reinforces my opinion that Ohio had a wimpy schedule and shouldn't have been ranked that high. It also gives the SEC more credibility as a tough conference.

Congrats Tigers!

I still would have liked to see a play off with LSU, Georgia and USC, this was the first time ever teams with a total of 3 losses played in a title game. Could be sign of the times were there are more teams that can beat any team. ( Michigan/Appalacian State). The days when blow outs were common is no more. Teams like Nebraska who would recruit from Texas and elsewhere is getting more difficult because of scholerships limits. I just feel sorry for the Mac they diddn't win a single bowl.

That's not really important

As was demonstrated, if you play in the SEC you can have a team with a couple losses and still whip the pants off a team with fewer losses which comes from an easier conference

That was a great game, OSU played like a bunch of chumps.

I just wish we had an extra minuet to play in the Indepedence Bowl.

I also thought Oklahoma-WV game was pretty good. That's like 3 years in a row that OU was 'post to just roll over the other team, and it was them that got beat.

I, too, would have loved to have seen a LSU vs USC matchup...that would have been some big ol; braggin' rights to have whupped up on them...but at least it saved USC, THAT whuppin'!!! :D ;)
