According to IMDB it had 17 nominations for various awards and 14 wins, none were Oscars though.

Antwone Fisher is awesome! I just got a copy last month after looking for years. Don't know what I was doing wrong, knew how to spell Antwone.

So it's been 2 weeks since this was posted, still have to jump in and add our major thumbs up. It's not just that I "like" it, the journeys into the lives of the characters are intricate and rewarding.
