Any had experience with chargers such as these?

I'm thinking 72 hr. Jump bag or emergency extended power outage use rather than "extra" batteries. I think one product has a usb port to plug in iphones/pda's for recharging.

But would work (IF they work) for extended camping as well for those who have a boxful of re-chargeable batteries.
