I think one of his most notable roles was Orry Main in North & South.

RIP, Patrick.

I was never a huge fan, but did like some of his movies. But, as a Cancer survivor, I have been following this story for awhile, and I admired his fight, against huge odds, to make the most of what he had left in life.

Cheers to him. :cheerswine:

I'm probably outing myself for saying this, but...Goodbye Jed. Your character made me think about TEOTWAWKI. May you rest in peace.

A Hollywood marriage of 32 years has to say something about his character. "Dirty Dancing" wasn't the most intelligent of films but his dancing was mighty pleasant on the eye!

Hey

I liked Patrick Swayze, something about his characters made them seem like friends and neighbors. I liked roadhouse and Next of Kin. :peace:

Pete Wilson

P.S. Shame he doesn't get much publicity compared to the likes of MJ (IMHO). :dead:
Why hasn't anyone found a dead bigfoot? When was the last time you found a dead deer, bear, coyote, fox, squirrel, etc. that died in the woods.........Hmmm.
