Gee Whiz...If I look at the memberlist, I see Spottersmitty as 8979. Anyway...its a bunch of members!!!

I wonder what's up with that? I remember we had a congratulations post some time ago for crossing the 9000 mark. I wonder if this is a little quirk from transferring us to our own server??

Lol Yeah, you're right. It's irrelevant. "What ever" May as well be 14,239 then. Why not? That's a truly impressive number too. Let's celebrate!

Fact is, there have been some quirks in the transfer that Mike has been made aware of and is correcting. Our "real" member count being off by over a thousand on some computers and not others is not earth shattering, but I think not "whatever" either. I think Mike would like to look into it because that "real" number is something to be proud of.

That's EXACTLY what I'm doing because I was getting to the bottom line that the member count celebrated in this thread is WRONG. We ARE and HAVE BEEN well above the stated 8979 member count celebrated in this thread.

But while the source of the discrepancy was being identified by Jeneaudave and me , there was a "What Ever" post that I didn't quite appreciate. So to make my point the easy way, I bumped the old thread from back in JULY 2009 for hitting the 9000 Member mark.

And in the famous words from one of our founding members... "Nuff Said".
