I enjoy their music in THIS life too...
A childhood friend of mine recently won a contest to be a DJ on a classic rock station in Bellingham, Wa... He'll be on the air this coming Weds.
His play list took me way back, been listening to some stuff I haven't heard in a long time.
Heard that one and imediately thought of Jack...

How 'bout this oldie???

Listening to that Journey song now... wow, that one goes way back.

I know what you mean. I'm enjoying much of the music of "that era" even more now that I did then! Like the Stones, for example... The ACDC reminded me specifically of an area of town I lived in when things were getting rather sketchy.

1:52 onward is Headphone Heaven... I don't care what Rolling Stone Magazine says about Aynsley Dunbar, he's the best drummer ever!!!

Yes Dean, Aynsley Dunbar is quite the drummer, but I think that Niel Peart might be in contention for the best ever ... check out the drum solo that he played last August in SLC ... the audio doesn't do it justice unfortunately ... Awesome ... Simply AWESOME.

I bring you a couple of my favorites from RUSH ... YYZ and Limelight. (For some reason it doesn't seem right to play one without the other.)
