Things that don't fit anywhere else...

internet postings

Postby droid_ca » Fri Feb 01, 2013 5:26 pm

I just thought I would try and do a friendly reminder that the things that we post on the internet are forever. If you paint a target on your back, Don't be surprised when someone tries and takes a shot...you brought it upon yourself...some people look at it as a challenge that you galavanting in front of them....There has been lots of nit picking as of late about names that will not be mentioned, if you say something be prepared to back it up. Don't go run-n-hide because now your ashamed...guess then you shouldn't have said it in the first place. We are all adults here, So lets start acting like we are. We all have joined this site for one main reason Our love of camping...

Ok I was trying to keep this on a more serious matter yes Steve did bring up a very good point of Drunken posting cause you might say something that you'll regret in the morning. I just wanted to make a point across of all the cowardice things that happen behind one's back remember the old saying Do unto others as you would like others do unto you. That is the point I'm trying to get across..If you talk smack about others don't be surprised when they talk smack about you, or if you harass one person about something then it should also be for everyone these rules are either for all of us or none of use there is no picking and choosing

Thank you

Droid, I love the intent of this thread. The only problem is the element we have at present who tend to send these threads off the rails. I would appreciate it if this thread could be taken more seriously.
Cheers

  I figured what was said.. said it all.. that there was nothing else to be added.. adding some fun to it keeps the thread toward the top of the page, and does not take away from the good message

Ya thanks Glen just I want the message to be the main part of this thread as there are some who think it's not that big of a thing to have Verbal Diarrhea and are willing to spew what ever comes to mind, They should be aware that there can be consequences and repercussions to what it said...Even if you hit delete.....Thanks for bumping to the top just try to keep the humor to a minimum... Thank again

Sadly that is where few are lacking.

And I never said Glen was making a mockery, I just thought we could stick to the seriousness of the matter on this particular thread

But your input has been doolally noted and will be taken into consideration
