on another note, I just finished listening to the book "Agenda 21", the world described there isn't too far from the real one this guy is dealing with... :thumbdown:

Big Brother gone amuck! To bad. If he was an American Indian he might get by. But once he started making money with the way he was living he brought the wrath of small minded people upon himself. Lawyers got to make a living too. Someone might sue, so better close him down.

It's pretty simple. If the code doesn't contain exemptions for educational purposes, the code is crappily written.

The state is badly in the wrong on this one. There's no endangering by neglect here, which is what safety code is meant to prevent. The exclusion of modern equipment is intentional and deliberate.
The more stuff I take along, the more time I spend taking care of my stuff!
