Oh yes!!! Expensive is the word. 
I found the one here and I keep going back, every trip cost $7.00 in gas and lots in $ spent on those little things. but it will be great to get those tools you don't use often but need for some other projects later,.......lets see 
" justify , justify, justify, I need it because it will come in handy. And 
what about the sandpaper and nuts and bolts you can always use that on lots of other projects.......... Oh yes I can see it ....Catherine will be building a work shop to put the tools. A total acknowledgement of all of us who are addicted to building stuff, especially Tear Drops.
