Teardrops as a Therapeutic Tool

Postby Oldragbaggers » Fri Jun 14, 2013 1:47 pm

The other day Lance took our teardrop in to work to show to all his co-workers that have been following along with the build for the past many months. Lance is a principal at an alternative school. All of his students are troubled in one way or another, but some much more than others. He has a middle school student that is very withdrawn and has been unresponsive to everything they have tried to get him to open up and become engaged. Until the teardrop.... Lance took him outside to show it to him. He became excited about it and finally opened up and started to respond. Just proves what most of us already knew.....teardrops are good therapy!!!

That is awesome Becky. And a fine job to Lance for finding answers to tough problems!

I think I got it all wrong, for a while I thought teardrops would drive me to seek therapy. All in all, maybe it has been a therapeutic exercise!
