Dogs find Gorilla tasty

I just received my new issue of Wood magazine and there was an comment about Gorilla glue or any polyurethane glue. It seams that dogs like to eat it. When they ingested the glue it caused gastrointestinal blockage and when it hardened into a loaf like mass and had to be surgically removed. This was posted by Betsy Freese, Des Moines, Iowa. A lot of us have dogs and if yours is like mine, they like to stay around you and like kids they get into things. Keep an out out on your little guys when gluing up your project.

Good to know Dennis....when gluing I keep the dog away from anything....I had to almost shave the side of a boat that she got her tail stuck in the epoxy on....also...dogs will want to watch a welder, not just mine either...I've seen other shop dogs do that...keep them away on that one too!!!...Doug
